Shankar Narayan, currently the General Manager (GM) at BHEL (Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited), has been selected for the post of Chairman-cum-Managing Director (CMD) of Central Electronics Limited (CEL). The selection was made by the Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) on October 29, 2025, following interviews with 11 candidates.
