Kulin S. Lalbhai, who was previously serving as the Vice-Chairman and Non-Executive Director of Arvind SmartSpaces Limited, has been designated as the new Chairman of the Board of the company. This leadership transition follows the decision of the outgoing Chairman, Sanjay S. Lalbhai, to step down from the position as part of the company’s succession planning process, effective November 3, 2025.
