Ajoy Chawla, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Jewellery Division of Titan Company Limited, has been officially appointed as the next Managing Director of the company.
He will assume the new role for a five-year term starting January 1, 2026, succeeding the current Managing Director, C.K. Venkataraman, who is set to retire on December 31, 2025, upon reaching the Tata Group’s superannuation age. The appointment is part of Titan’s leadership succession plan and is subject to shareholder approval.
