In a significant development, the explosion near Delhi’s Red Fort that resulted in nine fatalities is now being investigated as a terror attack under the UAPA, with top sources confirming the vehicle belonged to Dr. Umar Mohammad from Pulwama, who is part of the “white collar” terror module recently busted in Faridabad, Haryana, where investigators had seized over 2,900 kg of suspected ammonium nitrate explosives.
