Following approval from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), Raghavendra Srinivas Bhat has been officially appointed as the Managing Director & CEO of Karnataka Bank Limited for a period of one year, effective from November 16, 2025; Bhat is a veteran banker who began his 38-year career at the bank as a clerk in 1981 and has served in critical areas including IT & Digital Banking, Treasury, and the Rural Economy.
