Mahanagar Gas Appoints Ajay Sinha as Deputy Managing Director for Five-Year Term

Ajay Sinha has been appointed as a Whole-Time Director, designated as the Deputy Managing Director, of Mahanagar Gas Limited (MGL), following approval by the shareholders on November 17, 2025; his appointment is for a five-year term, effective from August 23, 2025, to August 22, 2030, and he brings over three decades of experience in the Oil and Gas industry, including leadership roles at GAIL Gas Limited and the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (PNGRB).
