The Natural Diamond Council (NDC), a not-for-profit organization dedicated to promoting the integrity of the natural diamond industry, has appointed Amber Pepper as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective February 1, 2026; Pepper, a seasoned leader with extensive experience at luxury firms like Mytheresa (where she was Chief Marketing & Customer Officer and MD), Tapestry, Farfetch, and Harrods, will lead the global strategy to strengthen consumer demand, expand digital engagement with younger audiences (Gen Z), and reinforce the desirability of natural diamonds.
