Ogilvy Indonesia has appointed Kapil Arora, a 24-year veteran of the Ogilvy network, as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective January 1, 2026; Arora, who has served as the agency’s Chief Operating Officer (COO) since 2024, will replace Sieg Penaverde and is tasked with leading the next phase of growth by strengthening the agency’s integrated service model and continuing to manage a marquee client portfolio including Nestlé, Kimberly-Clark, and Mastercard.
