Previously serving as the Associate Vice President (AVP), Gupta’s elevation is a strategic move to reinforce the company’s brand narrative during a period of rapid digital transformation. A veteran of the company since 2012, she announced her new role on December 28, 2025, emphasizing a commitment to leading with “care, creativity, and heart.” She succeeds a legacy of strong brand stewardship at a time when technology firms are increasingly competing on brand identity as much as technical capability.
