BENGALURU – Agilitas, the fast-growing sportswear and athleisure company, has announced the appointment of Prashant Kohli as its new Brand Director. The move signals the company’s intent to strengthen its digital-first marketing approach in the competitive high-performance gear market.
Kohli, an “engineer-turned-marketeer,” shared the news of his transition on LinkedIn, noting that after 15 years of “coaching brands from the sidelines,” he is ready to “step onto the court” for this new in-house leadership role.
A Digital-First Background
Kohli joins Agilitas from Leo Burnett India (now Leo), where he served as the National Head – Digital Excellence. In that capacity, he led the agency’s creative, tech, and content strategies, focusing on modern marketing solutions that transcend traditional media boundaries.

As Brand Director, Kohli is expected to leverage his 15 years of experience to scale Agilitas’s presence in the Indian athleisure sector. His expertise in building “modern marketing experiences” will be central to the brand’s goal of connecting with a tech-savvy, fitness-conscious consumer base.
The appointment comes at a time when Agilitas is aggressively expanding its footprint, following its recent acquisition of the license for the Italian sports brand Lotto and its focus on local manufacturing under the “Make in India” initiative.
