Amara Raja Group Appoints Dr. Shilpa Kabra Maheshwari as Group CHRO to Lead Post-Superannuation Transition

The $2 Billion Amara Raja Group has announced the appointment of Dr. Shilpa Kabra Maheshwari as its new Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Dr. Maheshwari succeeds Jaikrishna B, who is superannuating after more than 20 years of leadership within the group. Moving from Siemens Limited, where she was EVP and Country Head of People & Organisation, Dr. Maheshwari brings nearly three decades of experience to the role. She is tasked with driving strategic HR initiatives and strengthening the group’s “values-driven culture” as it expands into new technologies and international markets.
