Mr. Rajendra Chitale (DIN: 00015986), an eminent Chartered Accountant and Law Graduate who is the Managing Partner of M. P. Chitale & Co., has been appointed as an Independent Director on the Board of Apollo Tyres Limited; the appointment is effective from February 9, 2026, for a period of three years, subject to the approval of the shareholders through a postal ballot.
