Hindustan Zinc Limited has announced the appointment of Ashish Chatterjee as Government Nominee Director (Non-Executive) on its Board, effective July 25, 2025.
His appointment strengthens the company’s board representation from the government’s side and is expected to bring strategic insights and governance expertise to the organisation.
