NEW DELHI (February 12, 2026) – The Board of Directors of Max Financial Services Limited (MFSL) has approved the appointment of Bharat Anand as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director.
The strategic appointment, finalized during a board meeting on February 11, is set to take effect from March 29, 2026. Anand will serve a five-year term, concluding on March 28, 2031, subject to shareholder approval.
