The Government of Bihar has announced a major reshuffle involving several senior IAS officers: Mihir Kumar Singh (IAS: 1993), previously Principal Secretary of Panchayati Raj, has been appointed Development Commissioner of the State; C K Anil (IAS: 1991), previously Principal Secretary, is the new Principal Secretary, Revenue and Land Reforms; and Deepak Kumar Singh (IAS: 1992) has been moved from Additional Chief Secretary (Revenue and Land Reforms) to Director General and Chief Investigation Commissioner in the General Administration Department.
