KOLKATA (Feb 9, 2026) – In a dual appointment aimed at bolstering institutional transparency, Shri Rakesh Kumar Verma and Shri Shyam Nandan Prasad have been empanelled as Independent External Monitors (IEMs). Both officials are affiliated with the prestigious Bose Institute, Kolkata’s premier multidisciplinary research center.
The empanelment follows a Central Vigilance Commission (CVC) mandate to ensure ethical standards in high-value public procurement and contract management.
