NEW DELHI — Colab Platforms Limited (formerly JSG Leasing) has announced the appointment of Mrs. Hemant Kumar as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent) for a five-year term, effective March 14, 2026. The board meeting also resulted in the appointment of M/s. Nagadheep Sathyanarayana and Co. as the company’s new statutory auditors.
