The Delhi government has ordered a reshuffle of 15 IAS officers, assigning them new portfolios and additional responsibilities.
Key Appointments and Changes:
- Prashant Goyal, Financial Commissioner, has been given the additional charge of Additional Chief Secretary (Food & Civil Supplies) and Chairman & Managing Director (DFC).
- Sandeep Kumar, Principal Secretary (Vigilance), has been relieved of the charge of Principal Secretary (Environment & Forest) and will now also hold the charge of Principal Secretary (IT) and Chairman (DPCC).
- Neeraj Semwal, Secretary (Revenue-cum-Divisional Commissioner), has been assigned the additional charge of Secretary (Power).
- Shurbir Singh, Secretary (Finance), will also handle the charge of Development Commissioner.
- Pandurang K Pole, Secretary (Higher Education), will also hold the charge of Secretary (Education).
- Vijay Kumar Bidhuri is posted as Secretary (Urban Development) with the additional charge of Secretary (Environment & Forests).
- Ashok Kumar has been appointed as Secretary (GAD).
- Shilpa Shinde has been relieved of the additional charge of Development Commissioner.
- Sandeep Kumar Singh, Special Secretary to the Chief Minister, will also hold the charge of Special Secretary (Finance).
- Ravi Jha, Commissioner (Excise), will also hold the charge of Special Secretary (PWD).
- Jitendra Kumar Jain, Special Director (Employment), will also hold the charge of Commissioner (Food Safety).
- Dr. Kinny Singh will join as Member (Administration), Delhi Jal Board.
- Sanjeev Kumar has been appointed as Special Secretary (Health & Family Welfare).
- Ravi Dadhich, Special Secretary (Power), has been assigned the additional charge of Special Secretary (IT).
- Yash Chaudhary, Director (Social Welfare), gets an additional charge of Special Secretary (SC, ST, OBC, Minorities).
