In a significant high-level move within the AGMUT (Arunachal Pradesh-Goa-Mizoram and Union Territory) cadre, Mr. Anand Mohan, a seasoned 1994-batch IPS officer, has been transferred from his position as the Director General of Police (DGP) of Arunachal Pradesh to Delhi. This shifting of a senior-most officer back to the national capital is part of a broader administrative realignment by the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) to strengthen the leadership within the Delhi Police or central agencies.
