NEW DELHI – The Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) has recommended Dr. Ashok Kumar Panda for the position of Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of the Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL). Currently serving as the Director (Finance), Dr. Panda was selected on March 28, 2026, following interviews with ten high-profile candidates.
