Former Karnataka IAS Officer G.N. Shivamurthy Empanelled as Arbitrator with ICA, Delhi

​Mr. G.N. Shivamurthy, a retired Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer of the Karnataka cadre, has achieved a significant professional milestone by being empanelled as an Arbitrator with the Indian Council of Arbitration (ICA) in Delhi. Recognized for his long-standing administrative acumen and judicial experience during his service, Mr. Shivamurthy will now contribute to the field of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).
