Mr. G.N. Shivamurthy, a retired Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer of the Karnataka cadre, has achieved a significant professional milestone by being empanelled as an Arbitrator with the Indian Council of Arbitration (ICA) in Delhi. Recognized for his long-standing administrative acumen and judicial experience during his service, Mr. Shivamurthy will now contribute to the field of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). His inclusion in the ICA panel strengthens the body’s expertise in handling complex administrative and civil disputes, leveraging his deep understanding of government protocols and legal frameworks.
