Freshworks Inc. has announced the appointment of Kady Srinivasan as its Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). A seasoned SaaS leader with over 15 years of experience, Srinivasan will spearhead the company’s global marketing strategy and brand building. Reporting to Mika Yamamoto, Chief Integrated Customer Growth Officer, she is tasked with accelerating Freshworks’ mission to provide AI-assisted, “uncomplicated” service software. Her appointment comes as the company focuses on scaling its enterprise go-to-market models and leveraging AI to redefine customer and employee experiences.
