NEW YORK — KPMG International has announced the appointment of Gary Wingrove as its next Global Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Wingrove was nominated by the Global Board and elected by the Global Council to lead the professional services giant.
Wingrove is set to begin his four-year term on October 1, 2026, succeeding Bill Thomas, who has held the top leadership position since 2017. The transition marks a new chapter for the firm as it continues to navigate an AI-driven global economy.
