NEW DELHI – In a major boost to India’s “Aatmanirbhar” energy goals, Gujarat Mineral Development Corporation (GMDC) and NTPC Limited have signed two landmark Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) aimed at transforming the coal value chain. The agreements focus on securing a steady fuel supply from Odisha to NTPC’s power plants and pioneering advanced clean coal technologies.
