NEW DELHI (Feb 9, 2026) – The Central Vigilance Commission (CVC) has empanelled Shri Arvind Kumar Agarwal for appointment as an Independent External Monitor (IEM) for Central Public Sector Enterprises and Government Departments.
A veteran of the 1983 batch of the Indian Ordnance Factories Service (IOFS), Agarwal retired as the Additional Director General (ADG) and Member of the Ordnance Factory Board (OFB), Kolkata.
