Industry Veteran Amit Jambotkar Appointed as Chief Operating Officer of Mirah Hospitality & Gourmet Solutions

Mr. Amit Jambotkar, an industry veteran with over 28 years of experience across the hospitality and food & beverage sectors, has been appointed as the new Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Mirah Hospitality & Gourmet Solutions Pvt. Ltd., effective December 2025; this marks a return for Jambotkar, who previously served as the Vice President – Operations at the same company; in his new leadership role, he will be responsible for driving brand growth, achieving operational excellence, and transforming the guest experience across Mirah Hospitality’s expanding portfolio; Jambotkar’s extensive prior experience includes senior leadership positions at companies like Shott Amusement Limited (as VP – F&B), JSM Corporation (managing brands like Asilo and Hard Rock Cafe), and Impresario Entertainment & Hospitality (scaling brands like Social and overseeing Smokehouse Deli), in addition to working with global names like Hyatt Regency and the Jumeirah Group.
