NEW DELHI — The central government has approved a significant two-year extension for Saket Kumar Singh, currently serving as Inspector General (IG) in the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF). The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) ratified the extension on March 20, 2026, ensuring leadership continuity in India’s largest paramilitary force.
