Ironwood Education Appoints Balaji Raghavan as Additional Director and Managing Director

​Balaji Raghavan has been appointed by the Board of Directors as an Additional Director and the Managing Director (MD) (Key Managerial Personnel) of Ironwood Education Limited, effective November 25, 2025; Raghavan, who has over 28 years of senior management experience in financial services and was previously associated with the company as an Independent Director, replaces Nitish Nagori, who has been re-designated as Executive Director.
