IRTS Officer Anup Kumar Satpathy Moved from PCOM, NER, to Principal Chief Safety Officer, SECR

Anup Kumar Satpathy (IRTS), who belongs to the 1993 batch and was most recently serving as Principal Chief Operations Manager (PCOM) of North Eastern Railway (NER) (responsible for the smooth running of all train services in the zone), has been transferred to South East Central Railway (SECR) and posted as Principal Chief Safety Officer (PCSO), where he will head the zone’s crucial department focused on ensuring the safety of train operations and accident prevention.
