Jasmeet Singh Bindra (IRTS) Appointed PCCM of South East Central Railway

Mr. Jasmeet Singh Bindra, an accomplished officer of the Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS), has been transferred from the Railway Board to the South East Central Railway (SECR). Currently serving as the Executive Director, Gati Shakti (Traffic) at the Railway Board, he has been posted as the Principal Chief Commercial Manager (PCCM) in the Coordination Head of Department (CHOD) capacity. This move brings his extensive experience in traffic management and the “Gati Shakti” initiative to one of India’s highest freight-loading zones.
