Joyanta Chakraborty, a 2006 batch officer of the Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE) and currently serving as Director in the Ministry of Civil Aviation, has been granted premature repatriation to his parent cadre.
The repatriation has been approved to enable him to avail the benefit of promotion within his service.
