Two officers from the 2025 batch of IRS (C&IT), Kapil Prajapati and Chandra Madhav Singh, have been appointed as Vice Presidents at the Goods and Services Tax Network (GSTN). They will serve on deputation basis for a period of four years, bringing their expertise to support the technological and operational backbone of India’s GST system.
