B. Dayananda has been appointed as Additional Director General of Police (ADGP), Prisons and Correctional Services, Bengaluru.

Shekhar H. Tekkannavar will assume charge as Superintendent of Police (SP), Intelligence, Bengaluru.
These changes are aimed at strengthening the state’s intelligence and prison administration systems.
