NAGPUR (Feb 28, 2026) — In a move that blends celebrity star power with high-stakes real estate, The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL) has appointed Bollywood actor Kartik Aaryan as the official brand ambassador for its flagship waterfront project, Nagpur Marina.
From Investor to Ambassador
Aaryan’s association with the brand is unique in that it began with a personal investment. The actor previously purchased a 2,000 sq. ft. plot in the developer’s Sol-de-Alibaug project, a move that the company says built the foundation of trust for this new partnership.
“Land is the most enduring form of legacy,” Aaryan stated. “What drew me to the brand was its clarity of vision and a seamless digital experience—especially for someone like me who is constantly on the move.”
Project Spotlight: Nagpur Marina
The project is being touted as India’s first luxury waterfront land development in Central India, inspired by global icons like Dubai and Singapore.
-
Scale & Vision: A 78-acre master-planned development featuring a 2.91-acre man-made beach and wave pool at its center.
-
Premium Amenities: Includes a 28,000 sq. ft. Grand Marina Clubhouse, wellness zones, and over 40 lifestyle amenities.
-
Strategic Location: Situated near the Samruddhi Mahamarg (Mumbai–Nagpur Expressway) and the upcoming International Business & Finance Centre (IBFC), positioning it in the city’s fastest-growing investment corridor.
-
Pricing: Residential villa plots start at approximately ₹62.49 lakh (all-inclusive) for 1,250 sq. ft. units.
The “Branded Land” Shift
Samujjwal Ghosh, CEO of HoABL, noted that Aaryan’s transition from an investor to the “face of Nagpur Marina” reflects the growing consumer demand for transparency and security in land ownership—an asset class often plagued by red tape.
The project is designed by New York-based architectural firm Perkins Eastman and is scheduled for possession by December 2027.
