Sachin Subhash Vora has been re-appointed by the Board of Directors of Kranti Industries Limited as Whole-Time Director and Managing Director (MD), effective for a further term of three years commencing from November 26, 2025, subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM).
