Mr. Sudhir Garg (DIN: 01585908), a retired 1990 batch IAS officer of the Uttar Pradesh Cadre with over three decades of wide-ranging administrative experience, has been appointed by the Board of Directors of KRBL Limited (the company behind the India Gate Basmati Rice brand) as an Additional Director, categorized as an Independent Non-Executive Director; the appointment is effective from December 4, 2025, for a first term of five consecutive years, pending shareholder approval.
