NEW DELHI – Digital workflow leader ServiceNow has officially appointed Kulmeet Bawa as its Managing Director and Group Vice President (GVP) for the India and SAARC region.
Bawa brings over 20 years of experience in the enterprise technology and SaaS sectors, having recently served as the Global Chief Revenue Officer at SAP.

Military Background: Before his corporate career, Bawa served for over 12 years as a Cavalry officer in the Indian Army, a background often credited for his disciplined leadership style.

The appointment comes as ServiceNow aggressively expands its AI-powered platform capabilities in India, which remains one of its fastest-growing markets. Bawa’s extensive experience in scaling multi-billion dollar tech businesses is expected to accelerate the company’s regional footprint for the 2026-27 fiscal year.
