Kumar Sanjay Bariar, a 1993-batch Indian Post & Telecommunication Accounts & Finance Service (IP&TA&FS) officer, who was serving as Additional Secretary at the Joint Secretary level in the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), has been granted premature repatriation to his parent cadre.
The repatriation was approved so that he could avail the benefit of a promotion in his cadre.
