In a significant administrative overhaul, the Government of Madhya Pradesh has issued transfer orders for senior IAS officers to streamline state departments. Shri Shobit Jain (2000 batch) has been elevated to Principal Secretary of the AYUSH Department, moving from his role at the State Food Commission. Simultaneously, Shri John Kingsley A.R. (2004 batch) has been appointed as Secretary of the Horticulture and Food Processing Department, while continuing to oversee critical portfolios in Water Resources and Narmada Valley Development. These appointments, signed by Chief Secretary Anurag Jain, aim to reinforce departmental leadership and accelerate ongoing state projects.
