BENGALURU (Feb 13, 2026) — The Board of Directors of 3M India Limited has officially appointed Aseem Kuldip Joshi as Additional Director and Executive Director, designated as the company’s next Managing Director.
The appointment, finalized during a board meeting on February 12, 2026, is set to take effect on April 1, 2026, for a five-year term. Joshi, who joined 3M India as Managing Director (Designate) in October 2025, will succeed Ramesh Ramadurai, who is retiring on March 31, 2026, after a distinguished 36-year career with the 3M Group.
