GURUGRAM (February 12, 2026) – In a key leadership transition, Aravali Securities & Finance Limited has officially appointed Naresh Kumar Magoo as its Managing Director.
The appointment was finalized during an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) held yesterday, February 11. Magoo, who previously served as an Independent Director on the board, will now lead the NBFC for a five-year term effective through February 10, 2031.
