The Manipur government has promoted three IPS officers belonging to the 2012 batch to the IPS Super Time Scale (STS) of Deputy Inspector General (DIG) of Police. The promotions are effective from January 1, 2026.
The officers promoted are:
- Rakesh Balwal
- P H Mahesh Narain (on proforma basis)
- Ningshem Vashum
