In a key leadership move for India’s largest state-run steelmaker, the Ministry of Steel has recommended Mr. T. N. Natarajan for the position of Director (Commercial) at Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL). Mr. Natarajan currently serves as the Chief General Manager (Sales) and Regional Manager (Western Region) for the company. His selection comes after a rigorous competitive process where 12 internal candidates from within SAIL were shortlisted and interviewed. Upon final approval and vetting, he will join the functional board of the Maharatna PSU, overseeing global and domestic sales, marketing strategies, and supply chain logistics.
