Motilal Oswal Financial Services Limited (MOFSL) has appointed Mr. Vaibhav Agrawal as a Non-Executive Director on its Board, effective November 1, 2025. He joins the Board as a member of the Promoter Group, alongside Pratik Oswal. This appointment, which is part of a broader board expansion to strengthen strategic leadership and governance, is subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals. Mr. Agrawal is also the founder of Teji Mandi and has extensive experience in asset management and stock picking at Motilal Oswal Asset Management.
