MPS Limited Re-appoints Suhas Khullar as Independent Director for a Second Term

​The Board of Directors of MPS Limited, at their meeting held on December 24, 2025, approved the re-appointment of Mr. Suhas Khullar as an Independent Non-Executive Director. Following the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Mr. Khullar has been granted a second consecutive term of five years, effective from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2030. This appointment is subject to the approval of shareholders via a postal ballot. Mr. Khullar, who also chairs the company’s Audit Committee, has been instrumental in strengthening the firm’s financial oversight and governance framework during his initial tenure.
