Pawan Kumar Rai, currently the General Manager (Civil) at Northern Coalfields Limited (NCL), has been selected by the Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) for the post of Director (Project Planning) at the Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Limited (DFCCIL). The selection was made following an interview process involving 11 candidates held on October 25, 2025.
