Infrastructure plans feature four international airports (Patna, Darbhanga, Purnia, Bhagalpur), seven expressways, and metro networks in four cities. Other major pledges cover building 50 lakh new pucca houses, guaranteeing MSP for all crops with a new Karpuri Thakur Kisan Samman Nidhi boosting farmer aid to ₹9,000 annually, and providing free electricity (125 units) and quality ‘KG to PG’ education for the poor. The manifesto also details plans for defense and semiconductor parks, establishing Bihar as a textile hub, and developing pilgrimage circuits like ‘Sitapuram’.
