According to the company’s regulatory filing, his resignation will take effect from the close of business hours on April 30, 2026. Having been a key member of the leadership team during the company’s significant growth phase and its public listing, Mr. Kannan is stepping down to pursue other professional opportunities or personal interests. The company has expressed its appreciation for his contributions to the operational and strategic development of its specialty chemical business.
