In a significant administrative reshuffle, the Odisha Government has transferred and posted more than one dozen IAS officers across various key positions in the state.
As per the official notification:

Rajesh Prabhakar Patil has been appointed as Commissioner-cum-Secretary, Co-operation Department.

Dr Bijay Upadhyaya will continue to hold the additional charge of Secretary, Odia Language, Literature & Culture Department.

Samarth Verma has been posted as Director, Minor Minerals.

Deepankar Mohaptra has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer, Hockey Promotion Council, Odisha.

Ms Preksha Agrawal has been posted as Sub-Collector, Dharamgarh.

Ms Pranitha Dash has been appointed as Sub-Collector, Baliguda.

Ms Kasturi Panda has been posted as Sub-Collector, Panchpir.

Abhishek Dilip Dudhal has been assigned as Sub-Collector, Gunupur.

Ms Ashni A L has been made Sub-Collector, Nabarangpur.

C Saravanan will now serve as Sub-Collector, Kuchinda.

Ms Tejawini Behera has been posted as Sub-Collector, Sundargarh.

Shiv Malviya has been made Sub-Collector, Anandpur.

Avinash Kumar has been appointed as Sub-Collector, Berhampur.
These transfers are part of the state government’s effort to strengthen governance and administrative efficiency in various districts and departments of Odisha.
