Arjun will be responsible for spearheading deal origination and execution, enhancing valuation and research frameworks, and helping climate-tech ventures raise capital to scale impactful innovations. Arjun Sondhi brings over 15 years of cross-functional experience across valuation, risk modeling, portfolio management, investor relations, and corporate turnaround. He began his career at Lehman Brothers in quantitative equity research, where he expanded coverage of the Russell 3000 Index, building valuation models across the automotive, retail, and healthcare sectors. At Bloomberg, he contributed to the creation of real-time credit and valuation models, supporting institutional investment decisions.
He later played a critical role at Mando Corporation, leading cost-efficiency programs and eventually heading treasury and financial strategy during Mando America’s business revival.
